WEEK 2
Staging recommendations completed. Professional photography for marketing takes place. All personal property not being liquidated should be removed.
WEEK 3
Marketing campaign launched.
WEEK 3-6
Marketing campaign continues. Personal property is tagged and catalogued. Open House takes place.
WEEK 6
Live auction takes place. Close in approximately 30 days.
